Arbitration Experience

Counsel, arbitrator and secretary to arbitral tribunals in domestic and international arbitral proceedings, under the ICC Rules, Zagreb Rules, SCC Rules, UNCITRAL Rules, VIAC Rules, Schieds- und Schlichtungsordnung für die Ständigen Schiedsgerichte der Wirtschaftskammern. The subject-matters of the arbitral proceedings included in particular disputes related to construction and engineering projects (in particular under the FIDIC Books), energy disputes (oil, gas, electricity, issues related to the liberalisation of the European energy markets), contracts for the supply of goods, distribution agreements, management agreements; licence agreements, joint ventures, M&A and corporate disputes. Some of these proceedings involved states or state entities as parties. The laws applicable in these arbitrations included the laws of Croatia, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, Greece, Germany, France, Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Spain, England, Russia, Serbia, Yemen.

Professional Career

She has been practicing as an Attorney at Law at ARP in Vienna, Austria, since 2015. Previously, she served as an Associate and Attorney at a commercial law firm in Rijeka, Croatia (2010-2015). In addition, since 2023, she has been serving as a Member of the Board and Founding Member of the Arbitration Association of Central and Eastern Europe (ArbCEE). From 20221 to 2024, she has held the role of ICC YAAF Regional Representative for Europe. She was a Founding Member and Co-Chair of the Young Croatian Arbitration Practitioners (YCAP) in Zagreb, Croatia (2017-2022). Moreover, she has numerous publications to her credit and has participated as a speaker in numerous conferences on arbitration law matters.
