Arbitration experience: He is Head of Arbitration at Rokas (Athens), specialises in dispute resolution and especially international arbitration and has an extensive experience of more than two decades in disputes involving arbitration before the leading arbitration centers around the world and under the most widely used arbitration rules (including ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules et al.), and has acted in a variety of arbitral seats, including London, Paris, Geneva, Zurich, Vienna, Stockholm, Frankfurt-am-Main, Athens, Helsinki, Bucharest etc. He has acted as counsel, advisor or arbitrator (chairman and co-arbitrator) for many parties including governments and multinational corporations in various disputes involving issues of privatization, M&A, insurance, shipping, international trade, agency & distribution, construction, energy, investments.

Professional career: Dr. Tsavdaridis is a lawyer since 1991 and Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University. He has extensive litigation experience of more than two decades before Greek Courts of all instances in complex cases. He is President of the Greek Chapter and BoD Member of the European Court of Arbitration, Vice-President of the Greek Arbitration Association, BoD Member of the Piraeus Association for Maritime Arbitration, BoD Member of the Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances (AIDA), Greek Chapter and Member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). He is the author of 2 monographs and several articles and case law comments in legal journals and a frequent speaker in conferences in Greece and abroad.
