Arbitration Experience: During 2013-2017, he has participated in 4 arbitration cases, seating as chair of the arbitral tribunal in three of them and as sole arbitrator in the remaining one.

Education: Law Degree, University of Thessaloniki

Professional Career: M. Theocharidis served as a judge for 4 decades, retiring in 2014 as President of the Supreme Court. During 1997-1999, 2004, 2005,  2009 and 2015 he taught at the National School for Judges the following courses: commercial law, property law, succession law and law constitutionality – personal freedoms. From January 2012 until May 2013 he was the General Director of the National School for Judges. During his term at the National School, he organised and participated 16 training seminars for judicial officers. He is a contributor for the law journal Civil Procedure Review. He is member of the EODID Arbitration Board.
