EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization is proud to have sponsored and hosted in its premises (NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI building) the 4th Athens Vis Pre-Moot, held on 26–28 February 2026, organized by Greece VYAP – Greece Very Young Arbitration Practitioners.
During the inaugural ceremony, Stella Merti, LL.M. (Athens – Berlin), Certified Mediator, Of Counsel EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization, moderated the panel discussion on new trends in international arbitration. The distinguished speakers from major arbitration hubs, Dr. Anna Plevri, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), Evanthia Kasiora, White & Case LLP, Sherlin Tung, Withers, Magdalena Bulit Goni, Magdalena Bulit Goni Arbitration , Scott Falls, LKK Arbitration , Panos Theodoropoulos, ADNOC Group, and Prof. Loukas Mistelis, Queen Mary University, Clyde & Co, shared their insights on legislative developments and institutional practices.
Following the panel discussion, Dr. Maria Fanou, Queen Mary University, Yolanda Pantazopoulou, Ioannis Vassardanis & Partners Law Firm, and Scott Falls, LKK Arbitration presented selected LL.M. programs, introducing available academic opportunities, and career paths in the field.
The three-day event brought together student teams from leading universities across the world and young practitioners for a series of arbitration simulation hearings. Participants argued before experienced arbitrators and on the final day, they attended the event “The Innovation Shift: AI in Arbitration and the Legal Ecosystem”, co-organized with Rythmisis.
