We were delighted to host together with BODENHEIMER the panel discussion “Women in Arbitration: Navigating Today’s Challenges in Energy and Infrastructure Projects in the SEE Region”, held on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, during ATHENS ARBITRATION DAYS at the EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization premises (NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI building).
The event brought together distinguished female practitioners from different jurisdictions, who offered insightful reflections on strengthening women’s presence in professional teams, emerging trends in the SEE region that influence the dispute landscape, and the increasing role that technology and AI play in the daily realities of arbitration work. The discussion was insightful, dynamic, and forward-looking, highlighting both the challenges and the opportunities emerging within a sector that is central to economic transformation.
A warm thank-you to our speakers and moderator for their contributions, and to all who joined us and enriched the conversation.
