Arbitration Experience: 25 years of experience as chairman, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and counsel in more than 200 national and international arbitrations (including ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules, Vienna Rules, DIS, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, JCAA and ad hoc), Chairman/co-arbitrator in numerous foreign investment treaty disputes (ICSID cases and cases under the UNCITRAL Rules), Chairman in the third arbitration under the Softwood Lumber Agreement between the United States of America and Canada.
