Professional Career: Alexander is a lawyer to the Bank of Greece since 2015. He teaches “Notions in Commercial Law” at the University of Athens since 2013. He was part of the law drafting committee of the Ministry of Justice for the reform of bankruptcy law (2015-2017), of the work group of the Ministry of Development for the reform of the S.A law (2013-2014) and of the work group of the Council of Europe on the amendment of the EU Regulation 1346/2000. He is member of the Hellenic Arbitration Association, the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) etc.
