Christina specializes in international commercial arbitration, international trade, and investment dispute resolution. She is also involved in matters of civil and commercial law.

Before joining the Moussas & Partners Law Firm, she worked in London at Fietta LLP on issues related to the resolution of international disputes (both private and state-related), including in particular: investment arbitration (ICSID, UNCITRAL) and international commercial arbitration (ICC Rules and the Swiss SCC Arbitration Rules). Prior to that, she worked at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), where she was extensively involved in LCIA international commercial arbitration cases and in the daily administration of the LCIA’s arbitration and mediation caseload. Christina has also participated in the financial and legal assessment of international (state) disputes under the auspices of ICSID and UNCITRAL.

Christina handles arbitration matters, including disputes arising from EPC contracts as well as pricing disputes in the electricity and natural gas sectors involving industrial clients. She was also part of the team that successfully enforced in Greece an arbitral award issued in London worth USD 2.4 billion.

In parallel, she advises leading international automotive manufacturers on litigation matters and regulatory compliance, and she recently contributed to the pioneering project for the transformation of the first “smart and green island of the Mediterranean,” providing advice to the VW Group regarding the implementation of a mobility system on the island of Astypalaia as part of the sustainability and green mobility initiative.

Recently, she has also been involved in real estate investment matters.

Additionally, she contributes regularly with exclusive chapters and articles to internationally acclaimed legal guides. Her most recent contributions include the Greek chapters for the Global Arbitration Review’s 2025 Guide “Challenging and Enforcing Arbitration Awards,” the Chambers Litigation Practice Guide 2025, and the Lexology Navigator on Arbitration in Greece.

She speaks Greek, English, and French.
