Arbitration Experience: Claire Sergaki is a partner at Dryllerakis Law Firm and has extensive experience in commercial and investment arbitration, both ad hoc and institutional, under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, and EODID rules. She has represented Greek and international companies, as well as state entities, in disputes across the energy, construction, defense, and gaming sectors, including disputes arising from concession agreements.

She has handled matters across all stages of the arbitration proceedings — from pre-dispute negotiations to the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards before the Greek courts.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in leading international law firms in Paris and London, gaining significant experience in high-stakes commercial and investment arbitrations.

Her academic work includes publications in respected Greek and international legal journals and she is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on international arbitration.
