EODID Athens offers housing and accommodation services for any negotiation and out-of-court dispute resolution process, in modern facilities, adaptable to the needs of every dispute resolution method.
Choose the space that most suits your resolution process among 12 fully equipped rooms of EODID Athens, with a maximum capacity ranging from 6 up to 180 persons, in an ADR friendly environment.
- Rooms specifically designed for Arbitration; additional rooms (private & resting rooms) available upon request.
- Rooms tailored to the needs of Mediation (separate entrances for different parties, if needed, flip charts etc.); additional caucus rooms.
- Adaptability of premises, rooms to be set up according to the specific needs of any process, such as two-party or multi-party Negotiations.

Mediation hosting with EODID Athens
EODID undertakes the hosting and support of Mediation, proposing specially configured rooms for the purposes of the mediation process (flip-chart, separate entries for the parties if necessary, etc.). Choose the room you need to conduct Mediation for your case.

Arbitration hosting with EODID Athens
Building on the long experience of Nomiki Bibliothiki in hosting arbitration since 2000, EODID supports the organization and hosting of both domestic (Articles 867-903 of the Greek Code of Civil Procedure) and international (ICC) arbitrations. The arbitration proceedings are conducted in specially configured, ICCA certified premises, providing all the means necessary for a comprehensive support of the proceedings.
Depending on the needs of the case, EODID proposes spaces suitable for:
Hearings and examination of witnesses (LYCABETTUS, PLEIADES, EUROPA);- Deliberation of the arbitral tribunal (POLIS, EUNOMIA, MELLON);
- Private meetings of the parties with their lawyers throughout arbitration hearings etc. (ATHENA, EUNOMIA);
- Breaks (FOYER and LOBBY).
