Professional Career: Victoria is an attorney-at-law to maritime companies in Piraeus since 1995, specialized in cases of Greek and International Maritime Law (common law, international law), and Manager of the Greek Maritime Office of «The American P&I Club until 2009, where she founded Vilmar International SA, as legal advisor to maritime insurance and commercial matters. She has successfully resolved commercial and maritime disputes through mediation and negotiation in Greece and internationally. She holds a certificate in «Advanced Mediation in Complex Disputes» from Harvard Law School. She has acted as mediator in successful multi-party “shuttle mediations”, facilitating their discussions in finding solutions to commercial and mariime issues, while also facilitating seminars on mediation in Greece and the implementation of school mediation programs. She was a speaker on mediation in maritime organizations and associations in Greece and a speaker to postgraduate students of the Economic University of Athens, at the postgraduate program «International Shipping, Finance and Management». Since the Greek Mediation Act, her practice focuses exclusively on mediation.
