Professional Career: Z. Tsolakidis is an attorney-at-law with the Athens Bar Association since 2002. In 2010, he was elected Lecturer and since 2014 he is Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the Law School of the University of Athens. He is member of the Association of Civil Law Practitioners, the Family Law Society, the Society of Banking and Capital Market Law, the Association of Greek Commercial Law Practitioners and the Society for the Study of Commercial and Financial Law. He is also member of the editing committee and author in many legal publications. He has authored four books on Cadastre, vicarious liability and corporate law and has published more than 30 articles in law journals and collective works.
