Professional Career: Vassilios Christianos has been a judicial assistant (Référendaire) at the Court of Justice of the European Union (1987-2000) – chambers of Judges Κ.Ν. Kakouris, Kr. Ioannou, V. Skouris. Furthermore, he was Vice-President of the Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (2011-2013) and a member of the Hellenic Competition Commission (2005-2007), as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greek branch of FIDE (2001-2005).
He has taught at Université de Paris II (2004-2006, 2010-2014), Université de Luxembourg (2016), Université de Nice (2002, 2007), European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) (1990-1996), Universidade Federal do Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) (1994), Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) (1993-1996).
He has authored numerous legal textbooks, monographs and articles.
