Professional Career: Christoph is a Professor for Private Law (Contracts, Torts, Comparative and European Private Law) at the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) and a Life Member at Clare Hall College (Cambridge, UK).

He is a member of the Arbitration Court (and the Special Committee) under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration and a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA). Also, he is Head Lecturer and Founding Member of the Swiss Arbitration Academy (SAA). Christoph has also served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Neuchâtel (2014-2016) and was a Visiting Scholar at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cambridge (2016-2017). He has been a practicing attorney-at-law in two major commercial law firms in Zurich and Berne (arbitration and litigation) (2001-2006).

Christoph has authored several books and is a regular contributor in commentaries, collective works as well as in scientific journals.
